A beautiful but cold weekend in Kerry saw the four provinces compete in the Interprovincials 2019. April 6th and 7th.
The men. Ladies , U21’sand U’16s took part in three competitions over two days.
The bright sunshine and fresh easterly winds made the conditions difficult for everyone . However the youths and juniors fished extremely well over the two days.
The venue was Inch all day on Saturday and the morning saw a slow start across all the pegs, but some really nice bass started to show up across the beach. Thankfully the evening session was better with more bass and flounder showing up.
Rossbeigh was the venue for Sunday and again the fish were scattered but some nice flounder were showing up at the start of the beach..
The event went very smoothly and it was an enjoyable weekend for all. Connacht won the senior men gold medal.
